In June 2004, Thomas Ng opened Nu Thai Restaurant on Gouger Street in Adelaide. The name, Nu Thai, was chosen to represent a modern take on Thai cuisine. Over the years, Thomas has built a reputation for serving delicious food and received accolades from customers. After a decade at the Gouger Street location, Thomas decided to relocate t

Over the years, Thomas has built a reputation for serving delicious food and received accolades from customers. After a decade at the Gouger Street location, Thomas decided to relocate to a larger, more vibrant venue at 228 Morphett Street.  The grand opening of the new location, featuring a spacious and inviting atmosphere, took place in October 2014.
