" Chef Thomas Ng has built quite a reputation, with his Asian-fusion menu incorporating South Australia’s best ingredients into dishes of robust and clean flavours. "
"Nu Thai has been dishing up its own take on traditional Thai cuisine for more than a decade, outgrowing its original Gouger St home to move recently to more spacious premises around the corner. Service is efficient and attentive, but unobtrusive. Owner/chef Thomas Ng has created a menu that offers plenty of Thai favourites and a few unexpected twists, such as the coffee sauce on a specials offering. "
"Ultra-fresh herbs, iconic Thai ingredients and locally sourced produce. That’s what you’re in for at Nu Thai, where owner Thomas Ng sources Angus beef and baby barramundi, then gives them the full treatment with housemade spice pastes and scatterings of herbs from the Adelaide Central Market. "
